Returns and Refunds Policy


Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If this time has passed following receipt of your order then we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.


Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Bespoke Items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any sign of wear and tear or damage not done in delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.



Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, this will be inspected, and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at finance@victimfocus.org.uk 



Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery Policy


This Delivery policy provides information regarding processing times and prices on postage and packaging when ordering from VictimFocus Ltd store.

Order processing time

Provided that your item is in stock, we endeavour to process your order for shipping within 2 days of receipt. We make every effort to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. If your order contains pre-order items please note that your full order will usually be processed and dispatched as soon as your pre-order items become available


Shipping estimates

Please note that for Domestic orders we would expect these be delivered to you 2-3 days after we have processed them. We use Royal Mail and Evri to deliver our domestic parcels. We have no control over the order once this has been sent for shipping but would ask that you contact us if you have not received your parcel within 7 working days after confirmation of shipping.


In respect of international orders we would ask that you contact us if you have not received your order within 21 days of receipt of confirmation of shipping
